Years ago as I began my study of different spiritual subjects, books and materials I was impressed by the quantity of different views and opinions expressed by others. Through much work and study I came to the conclusion that the simplest approach was going to yield the most powerful results. I also discovered a lot of resistance to new ideas and dysfunctional beliefs, within myself. Changing these took some work and time but yielded a high degree of skill in changing my own outlook, experience, and projections but also gave me the ability to help others with their own challenges. The techniques I learned and developed are contained in the pages of this book.

I decided to name this book You! The Spiritual Giant because I believe that each of us in fact, a Spiritual Giant. Your reason for being here is your own personal gift to the world and unique journey in life. Your vision, being an integral part of the whole of humanity and spirit, is just as important as anyone else’s, anywhere. If you do not express it the world will not have it. Do not judge what it is, just live it.
