This program is designed for people who want to make a radical, quantum leap forward in their life. In the four days and three nights you will be working one on one with Mark Rich to help you learn to live your vision more effectively and with more joy, happiness and fulfillment.
We begin with a comprehensive overview of enhancing your physical functioning, the way that you move and breathe, reducing your physical tension and your stress levels and enhancing your physiology. Through this we begin to develop the skills of working with your beliefs in a more effective way, changing your emotions to allow you the psychological strength to live at a higher level. You will clarify, enhance and change your values, rules and gain a fuller understanding of your psychological needs.
You will learn how you are being guided in life, how to interpret and act on this special form of communication and also how to communicate with this ever-present life force which guides us all. Specific, thorough techniques are taught which empower you to integrate your psychology and your spirituality in any situation that you encounter in life.
Many people have the unfortunate problem of being stuck in a state where they continue to have problems thinking about traumas, rape, incest, abuse, loss, pain, issues and neuroses. You will go through a process, the Rich Method, where you will learn to actually use these to your maximal advantage and see the strength that you can have from them.
